Akbar asked Birbal, "How many crows are there in my kingdom?" Without pausing, Birbal answered, "There are 189,326 crows in your kingdom, my lord." 
  • The Lesson: Akbar, stunned by the quick answer, asked, "What if there are more?" Birbal replied, "Then they are visiting from neighboring kingdoms."
  • The Lesson: "What if there are fewer?" asked Akbar. Birbal replied, "Then they have gone to visit other kingdoms."
